Game Camp Nation is a Fantastic Camp for STEM

Game Camp Nation has been a great addition to our children’s summer education enrichment. Our oldest was the first to attend and has been attending since middle school through high school. He enjoyed the program so much that he asked us to extend the initial 1-week camp to 2 weeks and add the extended day. It was no surprise that he is now majoring in Computer Science and in his graduate year at one of the country’s finest technology Institutes and doing fantastic.

Our youngest also started in the summer program and enjoyed it, she tries to recruit her friends every year asking me to get the information mailed so she can hand it to her friends before the summer begins. She selects the different programs she wants and tells me she is a gamer.

I was looking for a computer-based camp for our two children to be comfortable with programming and learn new concepts. The program has numerous locations. The counselors are attentive and ensure the safety of our children. My husband and I have watched both our children’s enjoyment each year in the Game Camp Nation summer program and in their increased computer skills. This carries over into school computer classes. When the email for registration arrives they go through it and pick from the many programs the camp offers.

Game Camp Nation has been a part of our lives for over 7 years and we have not been disappointed. We tell friends and family about this camp all the time. I was traveling for business and was on the shuttle going home and started talking with a grandmother who was visiting her grandchildren in PA. We started talking about summer programs and I mentioned Game Camp Nation. She started asking me for more information, I gave her the website. She planned on forwarding the information to her daughter.
